Working as Tester in some big CMM was a dream. I got it for real. Joined in 2010 I had a decent years of experience in software testing both in manual and in automation. I though this CMM is going to get my direction. I was very exited on my first day. Joining it self took entire day. and then nothing... :(
Long waiting.... Go to work and do nothing. No place to sit , no machine to work... 2 weeks passed and I am going to loose it. I am going to loose my big CMM job. So I though of taking some serious steps and accepts the first project I got, even though my resource manager suggested there would be better and more suitable projects in pipe-line. But the BIG CMM tension nd everything and ignored her and took the first assignment.
Foreign client BIG CMM dreams, onsite tours, client meeting, everything on mind....all exited.
I meet the Mange man...(you must know who..)
He got all my hopes all busted and all set to fall for a big trap. Its been 2 years now and I am repenting on why did I accept the project. I should have waited and listened to my resource manager.
